Travel the world and in almost every country, you'll find a version of the Italian frittata, that's how delightful and easy they are. Use whatever veg you've got, some eggs, onions or garlic, herbs and oil. It takes about a half-hour and you can serve it warm or room temp, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!


Here's what you need to make it:

- a small onion or clove of garlic

- lots of chopped veggies

- a little oil

- 2 eggs per serving

- some fresh herbs are nice

- skillet and lid, bowl. fork, flipper, serving plate
