Call it a Buddha Bowl, Power Bowl or Harvest Bowl, whatever! - it's a beautiful and yummy dish to have almost any time of the day. I forage a combination of raw, cooked, pickled and other ingredients (like smoked!) that I have on hand. I take a little time and arrange them nicely on the plate, drizzle with a savory dressing and sprinkle with herbs or toasted seeds. Voila!
